Sbaje is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are betting of your own free will and with your own funds.

Registering with Sbaje requires accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be closed at any time, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

• One Account Policy: Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• KYC Verification: A valid ID (National ID or passport) must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
• Account Security: Keep your password and login details private. Sbaje will not be held responsible if you share them with a third party.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Allowing anyone else to use or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Updating Your Information: Any changes to your personal information must be reported to Sbaje promptly.

• Special rules apply when combining parlay or multiple bets.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a match or event, Sbaje will treat the decision of the relevant recognized international sports governing body as final. Sbaje's own decision is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sbaje. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all winnings.

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Sbaje's systems or security.
• Exploiting bonus offers or taking advantage of system vulnerabilities.

Sbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For investigation purposes.
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned once verification is complete. Self-exclusion requests will not be reversed before the specified period has ended.
